I've always had good experiences with this place. Yesterday was no different. They took my dog back very quickly and started all of the diagnostic tests. Waiting for the results is what takes the longest time, but that is to be expected. All of the staff and the vet were so sweet and really seemed to care about my dogs well-being. During a tough situation the front desk staff was extremely compassionate and very helpful. Last night my fur baby kitty passed. He was at a local vet (Shenandoah veterinary) in Martinsburg. Most importantly, I was totally pleased with the care my cat...

Friendly and helpful, tried their best to understand our concerns and resolve the issues for our pup. Happened to go during a recent snowstorm, and they were backed up, grateful to them for staying open for anyone who could get to them.

They kept us updated on his condition, allowed us to visit him which was very reassuring and gave advice on his follwup care. The icing was the bath they gave him as his condition resulted in unpleasant soiling. They treated him with diaper cream for his unfortunate accide...

My 11 year Siamese became suddenly ill late on a Saturday evening and I called ahead since I had never been to this vet facility which was about 75 miles from my house. As soon as I got to the facility, the friendly staff took my cat in immediately and within 10 minutes Dr. Reese came out and sadly told me that my cat was very sick probably with FIP or cancer and was in p...
